All our lamb and hogget is 100% grass fed and grows slowly on the downs for 6 to 12 months,
producing tender meat with a wonderful depth of flavour.
Availability is largely dependant on the season as this dictates the rate of grass growth and its nutritional value.
By vacuum packing and freezing the meat as soon as it arrives from the butcher, we are able to offer most of the following cuts through out the year.
